These Terms govern your use of Client Profitability Tracker (“the Service”), provided by SLMGH. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Client Profitability Tracker lets you enter your clients, the revenue received from each, and the hours spent, and calculates the effective hourly rate per client, ranks them by profitability, and shows a summary across all clients. It is an informational tool to help you understand your own data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
The free tier allows you to track up to 3 clients and does not include CSV export. These limits may change over time.
The Pro upgrade is a one-time payment of €19.99, which unlocks unlimited clients and CSV export. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges. Payment is processed by Gumroad, our Merchant of Record.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your Pro purchase by emailing office@slmgh.eu. After 14 days, the purchase is non-refundable.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
The Service provides calculations based solely on the data you enter. It does not provide financial, legal, or business advice. Any decisions you make based on its output — including which clients to keep, drop, or reprice — are your own responsibility. The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
