This Privacy Policy explains how Client Profitability Tracker (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our service. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not collect any other personal data, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
We process your data to provide the service you request (performance of a contract), on the basis of the consent you give at signup, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
Your account and client data are stored using Supabase, a cloud database and authentication provider, on secure infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Pro upgrades are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the Merchant of Record and processes payment information on its own infrastructure. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and the associated email address, but we never see or store your card details. Please refer to Gumroad’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
We do not currently use any analytics or third-party tracking tools. If we introduce privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
We use only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your account data and client data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.
